The prices are shown and deducted in both DKK and EUR, and is inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery costs.
The different payment methods will be shown when placing the order and no transaction fees are charged.
When placing the order, the payment is locked and only when the order is shipped from the warehouse is the payment deducted.
Sales orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays are expected to be delivered by the carrier within 1-3 business days. We currently only deliver to Denmark excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
There is a 14-day right of return, calculated from the date the order was shipped. The return form is completed on our website before the item is returned. All costs in connection with the return are borne by the Customer. Vagnsby ApS will assess the returned goods and assess whether they are saleable or not and based on this assessment, return the purchase amount of the item.
According to the Danish Sales Act, a 2-year warranty is given for defects in material and/or manufacturing, but not for defects and damage caused by incorrect operation of the product. We expect a warranty to be made within one month of sending the sales order. The customer covers the costs of returning the products. Before returning, the Warranty Form on our website must be completed.
When you purchase a product and provide the information yourself, we receive customer data. As data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data is only used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.
We use third parties to process some of our information, including in our freight handling, which is not developed by Vagnbys ApS. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.
