Sabrage is the art of opening a champagne bottle with a saber:
Run the blade along the bottle’s seam and strike the neck firmly in one clean motion. The collar and cork separate neatly, leaving a clear opening for pouring.

Note: This is a kitchen utensil, not a weapon. The blade is not sharp.
